Financial Information/Offering Summaries can be found in the Parish Bulletin.

The role of the Financial Advisory Council is to assist the Pastor in the administration of the goods of the parish. The Pastor convenes and presides over the Financial Advisory Council. Members are appointed by the Pastor and must be registered, active members of the church, at least 18 years of age, and in full communion with the Catholic Church. Membership excludes parish staff (except as consultants), close relatives of the Pastor, and those with conflicts of interest.

Financial Advisory Council members serve a term of three years, renewable until there is a change in Pastor. The focus of the council includes annual budgeting, long-range financial planning, and assisting with the effective management of parish assets. Areas of responsibility include matters pertaining to the budget, facilities, development, financial reports to the parish, and studying the parish’s revenues and expenses to make recommendations.

Its relationship to the pastoral plan is to assist as a resource, and its relationship to the Pastor is consultative. Decisions are made by consensus when appropriate, and meetings are to be held at least quarterly.
